Founder and Executive Director

Donna is the founder and Executive Director of Justin’s Place. 10 years ago, the Floyd’s welcomed a boy named Justin into their family, which changed Donna’s life forever. Out of Justin’s life, came a vision to impact the life of child by empowering moms to grow mentally, spiritually, and physically, to live a life free of crisis and walk out of generational poverty. Donna took that vision that God gave her and began Justin’s Place in 2015 to impact a child, empower a mom and change a generation.

Maggie Crockett

Director of Programming

Maggie is the Director of Programming at JP. She is responsible for overseeing all programs, working with volunteer teams, interacting with donors and processing donations, and more.
